Job Post: Senior Sales Officer Johnson & Johnson Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India


As a Senior Sales Officer, your duties will include
• Territory Control (Business Results & Distribution Structure)
• Management RDS (return on investment, JBP, and developing infrastructural capability)
• RDSSM and RSR Administration (Objective Setting & Performance Management, Training & Development)
• Responsible management of administrative tasks, including submission of expense reports, reporting of sales/engagement, and results of sales activities.
• Responsibilities include expanding the product line among current customers and acquiring new ones to meet sales targets.
• Providing data and assistance as needed to close sales.
• Using the assistance of other departments when necessary to help with achieving goals.
• Growing sales of new products and looking for new markets to sell goods already on the market.
• Creating reports that outline sales activities and point out problems that need to be fixed.
• Sharing information with the company about events or innovative intelligence to help with product and business planning.
• Analyzing one's own sales performance about goals and adjusting focus as necessary to meet sales targets; researching and carrying out a territory coverage plan that outlines the kind of assistance and frequency of customer contact necessary to meet territory targets. recommending plan modifications when necessary.

The emphasis would be on fostering enduring relationships with the sales team and clients in the designated territory and combining market insights for the most effective use of the company's resources.

Qualifications
· Education: Graduation required; MBA preferred
· Five to six years of relevant experience in FMCG sales are required.
