Process Control
- Running a recruiter's whole placements procedure with a worried ReP team member.
- Organizing materials and events for the forthcoming placement season for both recruiters and students.
- Actively communicating with recruiters and students to ensure that the process is carried out perfectly.
- ensuring that all placement-related information reaches students on schedule and in full.
- Understanding and rapidly addressing their concerns through communicating with many internal and external stakeholders, including the ReP Team, Academic Team, Marketing Team, Recruiter, etc.
- Efficiently managing the stakeholders to address any questions and issues.
- keeping a tight eye on the hiring process to improve the experience for both recruiters and students.
Process Improvement
The experience becomes a function of the processes designed to deliver it while working with a large group of students and recruiters, so you'll be identifying gaps and activities that can be managed more effectively, designing and implementing processes (including building upon/modifying the existing ones), and delivering an outstanding experience to the stakeholders.
