Position: Associate Professional Software Engineer

Important job duties:

Performs modeling, simulation, and analysis of systems to produce viable software solutions that meet client business requirements while being closely supervised.

Helps with documentation as needed to provide information access and contributes to the documentation of new or current programs.

Participates in the design, development, testing, and debugging of software applications that communicate with hardware systems.

Depending on research and client requirements, helps to manage program libraries and manuals and customize acquired programs.

To guarantee correct operation, provide management with feedback and reports on the availability and status of hardware and software.

Provides first-level hands-on help to clients while working under moderate supervision alongside senior team members.

Qualifications requisite:

Bachelor's degree or a similar mix of training and work experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a similar field is advised.

Performs basic tasks at entry level

Has conceptual understanding of software engineering or operating systems programming ideas, techniques, and processes obtained by a college or university degree or a comparable body of work experience.

Position: Advisor Network Engineer

Complex data, voice, or video network hardware and systems maintenance are led and coordinated. Complex network and hardware issues of relevance are also investigated and resolved. Errors are also assessed and evaluated for both existing and future systems.

offers direction and technical help for network design difficulties. provides less experienced staff with assistance in solving complicated situations.

Evaluates and put to the test various data, phone, and video networking technologies to determine. their applicability. Creates suitable testing procedures or scripts; may carry out more advanced testing to satisfy needs.

According to predetermined specifications, creates, deploys, and maintains increasingly complicated LAN, WAN, or voice systems.

Analyses the documentation for the data, voice, or video networks and aids in informing management of the networks' operating state at the moment.

Decides how to implement new voice, video, or data technologies to ensure performance. based on a determination of the customer's needs, chooses a strategy.

Offers companies and clients counsel, assistance, and direction. As required or suitable, training may be developed and delivered. participates in meetings at the executive level on project choices and project direction. To ensure the satisfaction of all pertinent parties manages client expectations, and strike a balance between the demands of the business and the client. Participates in sales calls and proposal efforts to make sure the product fulfills customer requirements.

Assembles material and documents for proposals by client needs. based on the findings of an impartial evaluation of existing and future network performance, stability, and management challenges, recommends data, voice, or video network investment options to management and customers.

To guarantee cost-effective and efficient operations, do cost assessments and vendor comparisons; assess the viability of alternative techniques, and offer recommendations as needed.

Provides less experienced staff with leadership and work advice.

Qualifications requisite:

Bachelor's degree or a similar mix of training and work experience

Engineering, computer science, management information systems, or a related subject bachelor's degree is desirable.

Networking experience in data, phone, or video for nine years or more

Working knowledge of at least two network systems, together with at least two different technological platforms (such as a mainframe, two-tier, and three-tier client-server architectures) (e.g., Novell, Windows NT)

Knowledge of networking concepts, network systems, data, voice, or video

Working knowledge of network gear and software for data, audio, or video

Working knowledge of proprietary hardware and software

Possessing a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance or access

Other Requirements:

Good modeling or benchmarking skills for networks

Capable of managing time, priorities, and tasks

Interpersonal abilities to communicate with clients and colleagues

Having effective communication skills when interacting with teammates and support staff

Effective leadership abilities to direct and coach the work of employees with less experience

Ability to work individually and in a team with good analytical and creative problem-solving abilities for network design, development, and testing. Ability to anticipate difficulties, resolve ambiguity, and take decisive action.

Possessing the ability to project a confident, professional image and cope effectively with challenging technical issues

Availability to Travel
