Every year 26th of November is celebrated as Samvidhan Diwas, in order to commemorate the day of the adoption of the Constitution. This year, as part of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav”, the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs has decided to celebrate seventy-one years of this remarkable document. Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs is giving an opportunity to all participants to read the Preamble to Constitution in English and 22 Scheduled languages and get a certificate.
