Kumaran, Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli – 620 015, Tamil Nadu.

Project Title

Tuning Figure of Merit of Nanocrystalline Bi-SbTe-Se-Sn Thermo-electric Alloys via High Entropy Phenomena and Band Engineering and Fabricate Thermo-electric Generator.

Eligibility

M.E./M.Tech. in Metallurgy (Process Metallurgy, Industrial Metallurgy) / Materials Science and Engineering with valid GATE score / PhD in Metallurgical and Materials Engg.

Duration

3 Years.

Job Description

Conduct of experiments, characterization, analysis and report preparation.
