Fellowship Details

The Anant Fellowship is a global, multidisciplinary postgraduate program established in 2017. It aims to equip "solutionaries" with the skills to envision, construct, and sustain inclusive built environments. Over 160 Fellows from 18 countries and 6 continents have been trained through this program. The curriculum, developed by distinguished academics, industry experts, and global visionaries, offers unparalleled experiential learning with two qualification levels: PGD and MSc.

Fees and Financial Aid:

  • Tuition Fees: INR 5,00,000 for Year 1
  • Scholarships: Need-based scholarships available for deserving candidates

Eligibility:

Candidates should have demonstrated extracurricular achievements and a commitment to improving the Built Environment.

Faculty and Curriculum:

The fellowship features modules across various tracks including:

  • Societal and Cultural
  • Fundamentals of Built Environment
  • Language and Methodology
  • Design for Development
  • Self-Growth and Leadership
  • Live-Action Project

These tracks incorporate field visits, studio sessions, workshops, and seminars, awarding academic credits through graded coursework.

  • Graduating Students: From disciplines such as Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Design, Architecture, Law, Engineering, Management, Agriculture, etc.
  • Graduates (with/without work experience): Seeking higher education or preparation for Master’s programs.

Selection Criteria:

The selection process evaluates need and merit through:

  1. Application Review
  2. Telephonic Interview: One-on-one with a program team member.
  3. Panel Interview: Online or in-person with university members, including the program director and other faculty.
