About IIM Jammu

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) brand has become synonymous with innovation, talent, and zeal for success and contribution in management. The Government of India established IIM Jammu in Jammu and Kashmir in 2016. IIM Jammu inaugurated its Off-Campus at Srinagar on January 24, 2020.

From the very beginning, IIM Jammu has set high standards for outstanding value-based quality education, high-quality research, executive education, consultancy, and strong corporate as well as international linkages. IIM Jammu encourages contemporary research concentrating on regional, national, and global issues.

IIM Jammu operates from the Old University Campus, Canal Road, Jammu. The proposed 200-acre state-of-the-art campus is coming up at Jagati, 14 km from Jammu City, about 16 km from Jammu Railway Station, and 18 km from Jammu Airport. The proposed campus will be a blissful mix of modern architecture, and the culture and heritage of Jammu and Kashmir.

Aim & Duration

The aim of the internship is to give experience to upcoming students to work under the supervision of faculty members of IIM Jammu for up to 6 months.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctoral Candidates.

Responsibilities

• The students will work on live projects, case studies, research assignments, etc., related to contemporary topics under the guidance of faculty members.
• After the successful completion of the internship, the candidate will receive an internship completion certificate.

Required Documents

• 10th mark sheet
• 12th mark sheet
• Graduation mark sheet (if applicable)
• Post-graduation mark sheet (if applicable)
• Statement of Purpose (SOP)
• Updated CV containing a photo
• Letter of approval or NOC from the current institute

Stipend

Interns will have to make their own arrangements outside the campus at their own expense. IIM Jammu will not provide any financial assistance.
