Participation is invited in the Eco-Creativity & Innovation Hackathon by PiJam Foundation. The last date to participate is August 05, 2024.

About the Hackathon: The Eco Creativity and Innovation Hackathon, supported by the Environment Education Program of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change in collaboration with Pam Foundation and Amazon Future Engineer, focuses on the Ministry of Environment's LIFE theme. This initiative is part of India’s global mass movement to nudge individual and community action to protect and preserve the environment.

Event Details:

• The hackathon is open to students across the country in three tracks: Grades 6 to 8, Grades 9 to 12, and UG & PG students.
• The event aims to foster young minds to come up with innovative ideas to solve pressing environmental issues, whether at home, in the neighborhood, or on a global scale.

Participation Process:

1. Step One: Understand and explore LIFE themes through game-based activities.
2. Step Two: Submit your creative ideas or solutions to environmental problems through a video, photo story, or voice recording.

Benefits:

• The top 100 projects will be awarded and showcased at the national-level Eco Creativity Hackathon in Delhi.
• This is an opportunity for students to have their innovative solutions recognized and to contribute to a greener future.

How to Apply?

• Interested participants can participate in the hackathon and submit their ideas via the submission link.

Event Start Date:

• The hackathon starts on June 5, 2024 and open for a duration of two months, closing on August 05, 2024.
