Project Engineer Job Description

• To design, develop, and maintain the web-based tracking system for efficient management of various DOIP forms
• To review tender documents, estimate files, and communicate them with the concerned engineers
• To coordinate and place material orders for day-to-day/AMC maintenance on the Government-e-Marketplace (GeM) portal
• To communicate between the campus community and the Institute’s engineers for the timely resolution of user complaints
• Hands on experience in using the complaint management system
• To carry out other office works as desired by Office-in-Charge

Desirable Qualifications & Experiences

• Implementation experience using the technologies like PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, RDBMS, CodeIgniter, MS Word, MS Excel
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge in tendering process
• Good communication skills
• Applicants must have relevant experience of 5 years or more
