Applications are invited for Nursing Officer Under Govt of Chhattisgarh Funded Project at NIMHANS Bangalore for the year 2022. The last date of application is 5 May.

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates, for filling up the following Post of Nursing Officer on contract basis in the GoC funded project titled “‘TORENT – Telementoring for Rural hEalth organisers of Chhattisgarh funded by Government of Chhattisgarh”, under Dr.Naveen Kumar C, Professor of Psychiatry and Principal Investigator.

Eligibility

Essential Qualification:

• BSc Nursing from a recognized university
• Being well versed in Hindi language (reading, writing, typing and speaking)

Preferred Qualification

• Training from reputed institute
• Proof of proficiency in presentations, clinical case discussions, publications, communication skills
• Proficiency in the use Microsoft word, ppts, videos, google drive, google forms, learning video software, learning blog etc. (pedagogical skills)
• Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to participate effectively as a team member.

Age Limit: 32 years

Responsibilities

• Tele-mentoring and training: case demonstrations, Conducting and developing training, IEC charts and booklets for training rural health organisers of Chhattisgarh to develop a strong referral chain.
• Collaborative Tele-consultations: Evaluate and see patient through videoconference between 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM daily, telephonic support 24*7,
• Develop counselling tools
• Plan and collect data related to project
• Doing periodic assessments and site visits for onsite training
• Compilation of periodic project reports

Duration

12 months. (Initial appointment will be done for 6 months and will be extended based on the performance).
