Role Objective

According to the TCF tenets, the company has switched from being only transaction processing outlets to need-based sales. The PSE would be in charge of using TCF principles in his regular interactions with consumers. To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, the main responsibility of this position is to guarantee effective branch customer contact functions in the front office and teller areas.
