We are currently looking for an experienced professional for the position of Manager - HR consultant to join our team.

Job Location - Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon

Overview of roles:

As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating the creation, delivery, and execution of HR projects and initiatives that support the global business strategy in Wealth and Personal Banking, including Asset Management (AMG), Insurance, and Global Private Banking (GPB), central functions. as COO & Digital Transformation, Retail Bank & Strategy (RB&S) and regional businesses. You will work closely with HR business partners, business leaders, HR consultants and specialists to help design pragmatic solutions to business challenges, framing complex challenges by leveraging internal and external expertise to deliver solutions that have a measurable impact on the wealth and personal business banking. You will support the achievement of the following Human outcomes linked to business outcomes:

Opportunity

As an HR consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of projects in support of the business strategy set out in the HR strategic plans. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and specialists to help design pragmatic solutions to business challenges. You will help articulate complex challenges by leveraging internal and external expertise to deliver solutions that have a measurable impact on our business clients.
  • Diagnose business problems and define desired business outcomes using the various tools available. Conduct and use data-driven research.
  • Analyze workforce trends using advanced analytics, formulating insights and recommendations to inform workforce strategy development
  • Find pragmatic solutions to solve business problems by framing complex challenges and thinking creatively using internal and external expertise
  • Create and manage effective project plans to support the achievement of business outcomes outlined in HR strategic plans
  • Deploy HR solutions that have a measurable impact by maintaining focus on quantifiable differences in organization and project success
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and exemplary behavior for the function and the business. Promote and drive HR delivery model, drive collaboration between HR Consultant and COE and HRBP./

What will you do

In order to achieve these results, the HR consultant is expected to.
  • Work with senior consultants to manage program delivery and proactively balance scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget, and risk
  • Actively research the market, perform diagnostics using robust data and insights
  • Be a go-getter and researcher and think about how HR initiatives align with HR/business strategy and relevant global/country business/functional people plans
  • Create a progress report, understand issues, dependencies, and risks
  • Provide decision support proposals to maintain progress towards implementation

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in HR from leading institutes.
  • Experience with HR change/transformation up to 5 years.
  • Experience with HR consulting is required.
  • Certifications in the field of project management, agile methodologies / Scrum certification are preferred.
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality requirements. Discretion and integrity are essential. Ability to set priorities in very short time intervals.
